SignalsLab is a research and knowledge space spanning neuroimaging, computational psychiatry, radiological sciences and medical language modelling built around the idea that the brain is best understood through the signals it produces.

A brain atlas you can turn in your hands
113 cortical and subcortical regions from the Harvard-Oxford parcellation, or 112 regions from AAL2. The brain you turn is the atlas itself: every region is a solid surface, so hovering one names it and selecting it lifts its true shape out for inspection.

Current focus
Computational modelling and signal development
The lab's is source place to present work done by Dr. Singh . His research focuses on the intersection of measured signals and computational models. Neural recordings and speech recordings are different in almost every respect, but both reduce to a series of numbers that change over time, and both can be summarised, modelled and referred back to anatomy.
Alongside it, the neuroimaging side of the lab showcases his doctoral work on structural and functional MRI methods and on the tools development track.
